More Gluten-Free Samples

Yes, the work on and taste testing for Johnnie’s Gluten-Free cookbook continues.  No, it won’t be available before Christmas.  However, if all goes well, in 2014, we just may have a tasty announcement to make.

Sunday, the taste testing was expanded to include the annual Putman family Christmas party.  Since “Smell-O-Vision” is not yet a downloadable computer app, we thought we’d go with the “A picture is worth a thousand words” concept.

Seconds, thirds and “take home” requests echoed throughout the kitchen.  Of course, because they were helping Johnnie with her book, all of the guests were immune to any intake of calories.
