More Taste Testing

What to name these apple goodies … they aren’t cakes, bread, pies or dumplings.  I made a slightly sweet batter and put a big tspful in bottom of each tin, heaped on chopped apples which were covered in cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice, topped with a hearty spoon of batter & sprinkled with organic brown sugar.

They smell great, are actually very light and Steve says they are quite tasty and the perfect cozy addition to a cloudy late October day!
