Friday, 9/23 = Us on WGN

Friday is the season finale of our two consecutive days filling in for John Williams (10AM-2PM, Central) on WGN Radio.

Some of the ingredients for our TGIF “radio drive-by” include a preview of this Saturdays’s Farm Aid 2022 festival.

We’ll also revisit the very first Farm Aid with Max Armstrong who joined us live on the air the night it happened.

We’ll check out the latest cybernews and answer your computer questions with our former Website Wednesday Night Cybersquad chief, Patrick Crispen.

Patrick Crispen

Patrick is an Assistant Professor (Adjunct) at the University of Southern California’s (USC) Rossier School of Education and is also the Senior Manager for Learning Design and Technology at USC’s Center for Scholarly Technology.

Looking for a new or used car? Whoo boy, has that playing field changed! Do you really have to mortgage your firstborn to make a deal in today’s automotive marketplace? We’ll talk about the best ways to avoid some of the many purchasing potholes with Consumer Guide Automotive‘s Publisher, Tom Appel.

And, since we are broadcasting from the main deck of the legendary Speed Joke Operations Center, you just might hear a Speed Joke or two … or three … or …

And, did we mention that IT’S FRIDAY and that means you get to share your bright sides of life with us!!

Of course we’ve got some more surprises planned but, if we told you … well, you know the drill.

720AM is the place to hear it all unveiled.

And remember, if you’re not in the Chicago area, you can still listen by clicking this link to WGN Radio’s live stream.

Stay safe,
